PROJECT OVERVIEW

We partnered with EcoShift Capital, an innovative organization committed to transforming the global challenge of climate change into a catalyst for economic growth. Their mission: harness sustainability projects, green technology, and renewable energy investments to create both environmental impact and business opportunities.

Our role was to design a dynamic, purpose-driven website, develop a cohesive digital strategy, and implement marketing initiatives to position the company as a thought leader in the climate economy space.

  • Build a modern, high-impact website that communicates both environmental and economic value.
  • Increase global visibility among stakeholders, investors, and sustainability advocates.
  • Drive thought leadership through content marketing, research dissemination, and storytelling.
  • Establish a consistent brand identity across all digital platforms.
  • Create digital engagement pathways for partnerships, collaborations, and funding opportunities.

The Challenges

  • No central digital hub to communicate the brand’s vision, projects, and results.
  • Difficulty translating complex climate-economic concepts into clear, relatable messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Low online visibility, making it hard to attract international investors and collaborators.
  • No structured digital outreach plan to connect with key climate action networks and policy influencers.

Our Strategy was divided in 5 phases: Phase Alpha, Phase Bravo, Phase Charlie, Phase Delta, Phase Eco.

  • Reviewed the client’s brief and objectives, aligning them with both brand positioning and sustainability impact goals.
  • Conducted a holistic market and audience analysis, focusing on climate economy stakeholders, investors, policy makers, and the public.
  • Created a custom strategy and digital roadmap tailored to position the company as a leader in climate-driven economic innovation.

Phase Bravo

  • Broke the master strategy into focused execution components: web development, brand positioning, digital marketing, and stakeholder engagement.
